Heading up our Business Development team we have the force of nature that is Scott Graves.
With over 30 years of sales experience, Scott has managed blue chip accounts and recruited world-class sales teams. He has built his career on catering to the needs of clients the world over.
He’s a problem solver par excellence.
Scott’s passion is in training, coaching and developing his team to be the best at helping customers improve their bioprocess.
Led from the front by Scott, the ALLpaQ BDM team will be travelling the globe, meeting with customers and discussing their fluid management needs.

Michelle was drawn to ALLpaQ Packaging, not only because of our products and innovative culture, but because of the warmth and inclusiveness.
This South African native has now settled in Ireland and she believes firmly that you should treat others the way you would like to be treated, therefore respect and authenticity form the cornerstones of all private and business relationships.
“Furthermore,” says Michelle, “it is my belief that change in the world is only possible through developing knowledge of self and knowledge of others.”

Thomas joined ALLpaQ with the aim of introducing our products and fluid management solutions to customers within the so-called DACH region of Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
He’s dedicated to working with our team of designers and fabricators to implement the most effective and innovative approaches to our customers’ needs.
As well as his love of travel, Thomas is studying Japanese and Korean so, as he says: “I look forward to talking your business language in a range of different tongues”.

Since childhood, Elien has dreamed of travelling the world.
Now she gets to do exactly that as she introduces new pharmaceuticals customers to the benefits of all-plastic cleanroom and shipping biocontainers from ALLpaQ.
Elien has also studied International Entrepreneurship and has an MSc in Management.
So, you know she brings with her an understanding of the realities of modern business and a determination to help you find the most cost-effective solutions to your fluid management conundrums.
Says Elien: “I am a big animal lover and train dogs in my free time, but my customers will never have to sit and beg to get the best service from ALLpaQ and from me.”
