ALLpaQ is known worldwide for having the largest range of bioprocess containers, from the classic Genesis Tote to tailored solutions for upstream and downstream processing.  

However, our real advantage is our people. The Production Team help create and fabricate your design, with precision-engineered solutions, to support the most rigorous cleanroom environments. 

The Team, led by Production and Warehouse Manager David Burguess, and Production Supervisor Jay Cunninham, are committed to the Quality and Sustainability regulations of all operations within the factory, abiding by the rules and regulation of our ISO 9001 & 14001 certifications.

Q&A with the ALLpaQ Production Team 

At ALLpaQ, our Production Team is the backbone of everything we manufacture. Their precision, dedication, and teamwork ensure we deliver high-quality bioprocess containers to our customers across the globe. To bring their voices to life, we sat down with members of the Production Team and asked them…  

Q) How does a typical day on the production floor start? 

A) Every successful production day starts with preparation. The team makes sure to be on the shop floor 10 minutes before their shift begins. This is a small but important habit that sets the tone for a productive day.

We outline the days targets, assign jobs and see if anyone has any concerns that need raising” – Connor  

These morning meetings ensure everyone is aligned on priorities and ready to hit the ground running. 

Q) How do you ensure quality control across all the products you manufacture? 

A) At ALLpaQ, quality isn’t just a department… it’s a shared commitment. Everyone on the floor contributes to quality assurance by leaning on experience, guidance, and a shared sense of responsibility.  

Production Supervisor Jay and Training Assistant Stuart are always around to help on the shop floor with any guidance or tips to give a better finish to the product.” – Paul  

Taking pride in my work and working together to find any issues with each other’s work so it can be fixed and avoided in the future” – Connor

Q) What’s been your favourite story from working at ALLpaQ? 

A) At a point in time myself and my two sons worked here at ALLpaQ. Josh who still works here in Warehouse, and my youngest lad Alex, who was here on work experience” – Paul

Q) Is there a particular product or project that makes you especially enjoyed working on? 

A) When it comes to pride in production, the team lit up when asked about favourite projects:  

I always like working on the buttweld, as it creates better ways to make high quality products. This is where I see my future at ALLpaQ” – Paul
