From individuals, families, workers, business owners to those on the front line, whoever you are, one thing’s for sure: it has been another challenging year.

Thankfully, green shoots of normality are springing forth as the world gradually returns to days of old – albeit within the context of the ‘new norm’. Hope is indeed on the horizon. And yes, things have changed, but as Stephen Hawking so aptly described, “intelligence is the ability to adapt to change”.

In some ways, COVID-19 has been the greater revealer to humanity. The curtains have been pulled back to one beautiful truth: people are people. We are all in this together and together, we can – and we will – do this.

And, here at ALLpaQ, this mantra has never rung truer. The business, despite shouldering the added complexities of external forces we’re all facing, has continued to grow at pace. Thank you to our wonderful customers and suppliers both old and new for your continued loyalty and support. And to those we are yet to work with, we can’t wait to meet you and change your life (sciences) in the process!

Against the odds, we must take a moment though to cast a spotlight on Team ALLpaq. It is the people – our fantastic people – we have to thank for this. The years of experience in such demanding work, honing their engineering skills and plastic welding techniques, has made them global experts in this field.

They have all been working hard to continue to innovate fluid management products and solutions to support the scientific community in their important work. And, in doing so, it is with pride that we can reflect on the little role we have played in restoring order in these difficult times.

During 2021 the company and, more importantly, those within it have been recognised for their contribution to the industry. So, as the year heads into its final phase, here’s a little wrap up of these cool moments.

Earlier this July, ALLpaQ was named a ‘key player’ in the bioprocess containment market by a new report which explored the increasing demand of pharmaceutical, life science and biotechnology companies for sustainable secondary packaging solutions.

The research report, from Axiom Market Research & Consulting, found a thriving bioprocess containment market buoyed by increasing demand for low cost biologic drugs and considerations around the sustainability of single-use technologies.

Kirsten-becomes-a-National-Business-Womens-Awards-finalist

ALLpaQ’s very own Kirsten Goddard has reached the National Business Women’s Awards in the Lockdown Leader category! Being a leader is complicated at the best of times, let alone during COVID.

Kirsten helped guide our people and organisation through these rough waters, making decisions and providing clear direction along the way. In doing so, Kirsten has been key to our continued growth.

Simply reaching the finals is an incredible achievement which reflects Kirsten’s innovation, commitment, hard work and generosity.

Back in April of 2021, ALLpaQ was thrilled to acquire membership of the Made in Britain organisation. This marked a big step for us as the market leader in the design of pharma containers and fluid management solutions.
