The cleanroom is where you’d find Mr Grey between 9-5. This was the evening, though. And the room behind the door was anything but clean.
Stood at the threshold of The Play Room, Anastasia could only imagine what resided on the other side. Once the door opened, there was no going back. She knew it was a one-way trip and her body responded with trembles equal in fear and excitement.
He slid the key from the sheath of his trouser pocket. It was old fashioned, she thought, the type you’d see in some fairy tale movie. But this was real life. And things were about to get real.
The key slowly entered the lock. It turned. Click.
The door creaked open …
