Company News

At ALLpaQ, we understand that the greatest resource of any successful business is its people, and we’re excited to welcome our new Business Development Managers (BDMs) to the ALLteaM. They will be instrumental in driving our continued growth and success.

We’ve built our business reputation on responding to our clients’ needs and providing bespoke solutions to their problems. Our Business Development Managers are an essential part of this.

You have a bioprocess problem no off-the-shelf biopharma product can solve? Talk to your Business Development Manager!

You need the finest, world-leading plastic bioprocess totes? Talk to your Business Development Manager!

You need 2D bag accessories customised to your existing single use bags and supplied at pace? Talk to your Business Development Manager!

ALLpaQ BDMs bring a wealth of experience and strategic thinking, alongside their ability to identify new opportunities, develop client relationships and help businesses to overcome challenges!

With that in mind, Walter Canullo – our Sales Manager – has hand-picked the very best people for his team. As he says:

“The synergy is set to create a dynamic environment that I believe will propel us to new heights in the industry. Our BDMs diverse skills will complement our current practices, making our team stronger and more equipped to tackle the challenges ahead.”

Read on to learn more about them. We’ve asked the BDMs to fill-out a fun questionnaire – and Walter has offered his thoughts on each one.

Justin Chandler – Business Development Manager

Says Walter of Justin: “Having worked with ALLpaQ for many years, Justin’s expertise in product knowledge is second to none. He will boost our efforts in delivering targeted solutions for our clients.”

What appeals to me most about working with ALLpaQ:
The fact that everyone is willing to help you at any time.

The most valuable thing I’ve learned working with ALLpaQ:
The deep product knowledge I have about our products from spending my years on the production team has helped me to grow within the business.

A work-related accomplishment:
I’m really proud of achieving my Level 3 Diploma in Principles of Management and Leadership.

The person (or persons) that inspire me:
Donald Trump – he has inspired me to fight for what I want in life no matter the obstacles! Fight for what you believe in and make sure you don’t stop and give up.

The funniest thing that’s happened while working:
Well for me, it’s when I get to scare people when they walk around the corner and they end up screaming. That always makes me laugh. You can say I’m the prankster in the office at times.

My hobby:
Having a braai (BBQ) and watching rugby, especially when the Springboks won the World Cup for the 4th time (sorry not sorry England!)

A fun fact about me:
I used to arrest criminals for fun back in South Africa. That was more fun than going to the clubs.

My favourite superhero is:
As a child it would have been Action Man

If I had one superpower it would be:
Controlling the weather and keeping the sun shining. I would definitely have the sun shining every day!

Bart Kolasa – Business Development Manager

Says Walter of Bart: “Bart is known for his strategic thinking and relationship-building prowess. He will enhance our client engagement strategies.”

What appeals to me most about working with ALLpaQ:
How the company operates and the values ALLpaQ holds. The company is very keen on creating a system of mutual assistance and teamwork. We all work hard for the company’s success, doing our job and giving 100%, cooperating with and relying on the opinions of our colleagues.

Also, I must admit it is extremely rare nowadays for such a thriving company to value family values and approach its employees individually and with great respect.

The most valuable thing I’ve learned working with ALLpaQ:
To meet all the challenges proactively. From the interview itself, through training, to day-to-day tasks, a proactive approach works best. I observed the managers and applied similar work standards: creativity, research and a non-standard approach to the customer – reflecting the unconventional products we sell.

A work-related accomplishment:
I am very proud of the relationships I have built with clients over the years working in sales. I still keep in contact with most of them and even though we no longer have business in common, we still have something to talk about. No doubt, working at ALLpaQ will be the same.

The person (or persons) that inspire me:
There are a few:

Stanislaw Lem, a Polish writer of futurology novels. His best-known novel is ‘Solaris’ and I often think about his quote: “The human mind is a powerful tool; it has the ability to shape reality and transform the world.”

Barack Obama, US president, mainly because when asked what advice he would give to the younger generation, he said: “focus on what you want to do, not what you want to be” and that truly resonated with me.

Winston Churchill, British Prime Minister, and one of his mottos: “success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm.”

The funniest thing that’s happened while working:
Since I have always worked in a multi-national team, I personally love multi-cultural food days at work.

My hobby:
Photography, mountaineering, travelling and cycling.

A fun fact about me:
I get emotional watching cartoons with my daughter and I often hide it…’emotional damage’.

My favourite superhero is:
My fiancée and my daughter have both got superpowers.

If I had one superpower it would be:
Time travel

Lenka Myroniukova – Business Development Manager

Says Walter of Lenka: “With her sharp analytical skills and innovative approach, Lenka will help us navigate complex sales landscapes and identify new opportunities.”

What appeals to me most about working with ALLpaQ:
Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. They’re a great team to work with and very knowledgeable. The excellence in everything we do, very proud of our King’s Award but also our sustainability efforts. Working for the top bioprocess packaging company is so interesting and I am learning a lot about the pharmaceutical industry every single day.

The most valuable thing I’ve learned working with ALLpaQ:
You can achieve a lot with great training, great products and solid experience. But what gets you ahead of everyone is the trust you build with your customers by giving them help and advice, and showing them the possibilities for their growth and development.

A work-related accomplishment:
Great relationships with clients/customers and some colleagues becoming very good friends over the years.

The person (or persons) that inspire me:
My parents.

The funniest thing that’s happened while working:
I once forgot my driving licence when I was going on a business trip in France and only found out at the car hire desk. I thought I could use public transport – well, good luck in rural Southern France! Luckily, I met quite a few nice people both in the village I was staying and at the show. I probably used more means of transport in that one day than in a whole year, including walking, a tractor, a bus, carpooling and the TGV going to the airport, only to find out the flight was delayed.

My hobby:
Sailing and all water and winter sports, playing the piano, guitar and bel canto.

A fun fact about me:
My eyes are different colours, this runs in my family. I often get asked if it affects my vision, which it does not.

My favourite superhero is:
That is a secret!

If I had one superpower it would be:
To travel in time.
