Led by Paulina Brzezinska, the team brings clarity, collaboration, and creativity to every challenge. Whether it’s refining internal processes, monitoring company finances, or coordinating policies and communication, their contribution is essential to how ALLpaQ grows and delivers for customers worldwide.

Recently, the Finance and Admin team guided ALLpaQ through a landmark achievement: securing continued Living Wage accreditation and gaining Living Pension accreditation.
This milestone makes ALLpaQ the first employer in the Liverpool City Region to hold both accreditations from Living Wage.
For Paulina and her team, this recognition is more than just a badge. It reflects months of hard work, careful planning, and a commitment to making financial decisions that prioritise people. And for ALLpaQ, it’s a clear demonstration of our values as a responsible employer: supporting colleagues today while safeguarding their financial wellbeing for the future.
The Living Wage Foundation sets a pay benchmark that reflects real living costs. ALLpaQ’s accreditation confirms that every colleague earns not just the legal minimum, but a wage that supports a decent standard of living.
The newer Living Pension accreditation goes a step further. It ensures pension contributions are set at a level that helps employees build financial security later in life. For our team, it means peace of mind, and for ALLpaQ, it demonstrates long-term care for the people who drive our success.
