DubaiThis year’s MENA Pharmaceutical Cold Chain Conference will take place on 3rd and 4th June, 2014, at the Sofitel Downtown Dubai.
During the two day conference, industry experts will get to grips with different cold chain strategies for securing the safety and integrity of products under transport.
Companies such as GlaxoSmithKline, Julphar, Novartis, Pfizer Gulf, Ferring Pharmaceutical, International SOS and Dnata will be in attendance.
With sales of temperature sensitive pharmaceutical products predicted to be near $250 billion by 2015, attendees can learn firsthand about maximising efficiency and profitability.
The news comes shortly after plastic bioprocess containment specialists, ALLpaQ, released a product designed to optimise the air transportation of biopharmaceutical media held under temperature controlled conditions in the Envirotainer RAP e2 container.
The unit, aptly named ALLpaQ AIR, maximises all available space inside one RAP e2 container, allowing companies to ship double the amount of media per flight.
