Company News

ALLpaQ Packaging Group is proud to announce the launch of its new website, www.allpaq.com. The company has long innovated in the field of secondary packaging to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Now ALLpaQ is innovating in the online digital space.

Speaking shortly after the website launch, ALLpaQ managing director, Phill Allen, said: “ALLpaQ products empower pharmaceutical companies around the world. Our new digital presence is built to the same ethic – to inform your business thinking and to help you get the job done.”

ALLpaQ is the market leader in the design of pharma containers and fluid management solutions. The company’s liquid tote range is noted for ushering in a new age of fluid management for up and downstream bioprocessing. Stackable and collapsible, the design saves valuable space in storage and shipment.

ALLpaQ had “massively evolved” over the past 12 years, which is why Mr Allen decided it needed a digital presence reflective of “who we are today, where the business is at and where it’s going.”

“It’s more than just a sales website. It’s an innovative online experience which feeds specialists in our field a healthy diet of content to fuel their thinking.”

“From our in-house fabrication plant, our team of designers and engineers empower businesses to manufacture, store, ship and protect valuable media, buffers and bioprocess liquids. And, alongside our flagship fluid management containment range, we design and fabricate a wide-range of bespoke pharmaceutical accessories.”

ALLpaQ therefore needed a website reflective of it’s ever-burgeoning offering.

Setting (web)sights on greatness

A key remit for ALLpaQ was ensuring the online experience always placed the customer centre-stage. Stefan Georgiou, creative director at CMA, the marketing and development house behind the website, explained that’s why “we built strategy-first”.

“User and market research informed the creation of a digital presence built directly with the target market in mind. Putting them first means, it doesn’t matter whether they are exploring a product or resource section, their user journey always guides them to content which resonates, engages and educates them.”

“The recipe for online success? Make your website about the customer, not you.”

Mr Allen agreed, adding how the investment formed part of his company’s drive to digitally transform ALLpaQ’s online customer service experience. “Take the client login portal,” he said. “Each customer can now request their own, secure online space, where they can access key information about their products, services, user guides, drawings and admin at the touch of a button.”

“It’s an educational resource for all specialists in our field. One which never sleeps. One which is there 24/7. It answers our customers’ technical and logistical questions.”

And the website, he affirmed, is more than “just a sales tool”.

From online resources such as FAQs, glossary and the news section, Mr Allen described the website as “a veritable resource of engaging and educational information for our industry.”

“Alongside our product and service pages, we wanted to build-in the infrastructure of a full pharmaceutical publishing company. Going forward, our specialist marketing team will use this framework to build a hub of news, interest-pieces, insights and tips for our sector peers.”

The aim, he said, is to help scientists around the world solve complex daily challenges unique to their process.

“The online experience is designed to give our customers – and prospects – every piece of information they need to empower their business thinking.”

Mr Georgiou said his team was “extremely proud” of the outcome.

“One of the top level aims we set internally was to create the best website in the sector – which I believe we’ve done.”

More features than Mount Rushmore

ALLpaQ’s new website is laden with features. Check out some key highlights:

Shipping range

The new website is innovatively designed to showcase the secondary packaging options available to the market. The web app nature of this product section means users never have to click off the page. Instead, work through the tab options on the desktop version or swipe through the overview, specifications, features and literature on a phone or tablet.

Cleanroom range

A custom-built 360 rotation tool enables visitors to gain a stunning view of the Cleanroom product range. Hover over the product image, click, hold and spin it around and intimately view all aspects of each container.

Accessories

Designing innovative bioprocess and laboratory accessories help you manufacture valuable media, buffers and bioprocess liquids. Submit a drawing, an idea or the note about your process challenge, and ALLpaQ can design then fabricate a solution.
