Project Description

Project Name: Build Classrooms Of Hope From Recycled Plastic Waste
Project Type: Environment
Region: Indonesia

Indonesia’s Lombok was rocked by massive earthquakes in 2018. Among the devastation, over 400 schools were destroyed, leaving young students learning in tents or temporary pop-up classrooms. There are still over 200 schools that need to be rebuilt. So, everytime you purchase a 250L bioprocess container from ALLpaQ, your support will go towards providing the recycled plastic blocks required to build Block Schools.

How it works

Every day’s a school day at ALLpaQ and your business is a BIG part of that. As partners in the global Buy1Give1 initiative, we get to give back in an impactful way as a result of your bioprocess container purchase.

The schools we can help build are earthquake resistant and can last more than 100 years. Each classroom removes 2-3 tons of plastic waste from the environment, can be built in as little as 8 hours and is more cost-effective compared to conventional building materials.

Since 2021, these schools have been built with block modules made from Indonesia’s own recycled plastic waste.

Thank you for your support!
