I love the atmosphere and people, the culture and the flexibility of the whole team. Also, there is a good deal of trust given to all the staff – who typically rise to the challenge.

That I can’t do everything myself, I have to trust and delegate.

My team is the thing I am most proud of. Seeing my managers growing and developing is and always will be the biggest accomplishment for my tenure as a director. Their accomplishments are a product of their hard work and dedication, but also a reflection of my success as their mentor and coach.

Many people inspire me at work. Inspiration comes in different shapes and forms, whether it is someone’s attitude at work, the way they handle difficult situations or simply the way they learn and don’t give up after an initial failure. That’s the ALLpaQ spirit.

There are too many to mention one, to be honest.

I currently lack time for my hobby, due to having a young family. Our baby takes up the majority of our free time. I love every minute I am spending with her and she is, indeed, the love of my life.

II used to be a boxer and I still do that recreationally.
